Return policy

1. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the merchandise is defective, in which case, it will be replaced without charge.
2. All items must be returned within ten business days of receipt in their original condition and packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
3. No return will be accepted without the invoice.
4. No return will be accepted after two weeks.

USPS Priority Express with delivery confirmation  $20.55
2. International shipping
    We will charge the actual shipping cost.

The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the order. 

Retail discount policy

1. There is a $1,000.00 or more purchase, 20% off of retail price; $500.00 or more purchase,10% off of retail price.   
2. No returns for quantity discount unless the merchandise is defective, in which case, it will be replaced without charge.
3. Please allow 2-4 weeks if the items you order are out of stock.
4. We gladly accept all major credit cards, money orders, and certified bank checks.  We will also accept US checks drawn on US banks, but we will wait until the check clears before we ship the order.
